Struggling to fit into the traditional workplace as a neurodivergent person? You’re not alone. Join us on May 15 2025 from 18:00-20:30 for an intimate and restorative evening where we combine deep relaxation with an open, honest conversation about what it means to be neurodivergent in today’s job market.
🌿 What to Expect:
🛏 A 45-Minute Guided SIESTA – Start the evening with a soothing guided meditation designed specifically for neurodivergent minds. Through body scans, calming scents, and gentle touch therapy, we’ll help you transition from the busyness of the day into a state of deep relaxation.
🎙 A Cozy Talk with Bella – Snuggle under a soft duvet, sip on warm tea, and listen as Bella shares her journey of self-discovery through autism and ADHD diagnoses. Together with Andrea, who is navigating her own path towards potential diagnosis, they will dive into topics like:
The emotional impact of getting a diagnosis – relief, grief, and everything in between.
The stigma and misconceptions around adult ADHD, especially in women.
How to avoid burnout in a workplace that wasn’t built for neurodivergent minds.
🍵 Snacks, tea, and water will be available throughout the event to keep you nourished and comfortable.
This event isn’t just a talk—it’s a safe space designed for you as a neurodivergent person. Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply curious, come rest, recharge, and connect with a community that truly gets it.
